Havelock Area

I always see a bike with no front fairing, two lights mounted to the front fork, undertail kit, and the plate is off the left side of the bike. See it around havelock touzalin area doing wheelies alot, pulled up next to me today, wheelied past me. Caught up with him later said his name was Pat. Anybody know him?

we were riding about 25, I definantly could have mis-heard him. yeah the bike was black

Chets bike is flat black, the undertail is the stock shiny read, he has the cyclops headlight, and his plate is held on my shoe strings going through the holes on the undertail, and it bounces around alot. He painted the front part of his frame black and the rest is still silver. He just put a steering dampner on the front too. He wouldn't have been by havelock at all today tho

That was definantly not Chets bike after hearing that description. Plate hangs off the left side of the bike.
