FS: 1983 Yamaha Maxim XS400

Anybody interested in a great starter bike!? It is very comfortable to ride and easy. Its a 1983 Yamaha Maxim just as the title says. Its a 400cc and kinda slow.. Really good condition with 13,xxx miles on it. Ive had an offer of $500 and just seeing what others would offer. The reason im thinking about selling is i will be buying a new bike soon. It has been layed down before (Thanks DJ) but in the grass and not on the street. There was no damage that i have seen nor noticed. It also tipped over in my garage one day and the brake pedal broke, but i will be getting it welded back together so you wont be able to notice. I bought another one off ebay, but its a little too long. Also, when i lowered it (its lowered as much stock in the back (coilover) and about an inch in front) the motor came down on the front fender so there is a deep scratch on the backside of the front fender. Im not too sure the mpg but id guess around 30 or so. Its carbed and the choke gets stuck when taking it down, so you have to manually push it on the motor after moving the adjuster.
It has a rebuilt front caliper, and a new master cylinder with less than 500 miles on it.

Oh ya, it is now missing the emblum on the right side, because it broke. I still have it though. And the mirrors and blinkers up front are currently off, but i have those too. As well as the stock bars. If you didnt notice, it has cafe style bars on it.
